We just moved from NYC to NJ and so our cable company is Comcast as well. Luckily for us our installation went very well and the guy who showed up was polite and professional. This guy attempts to cancel his AOL account, but the customer service guy tries bitterly to stop him. Funny listen, its a good thing more people aren't giving them business. My guess is that the customer service reps get some type of bonus if they keep customers from cancelling. Once AOL found out about this, the guy got fired. read more [...]
