Both the caller and the number called must be in either the US or Canada. There are no strings attached. This is only good until end of 2006 so at least give it a shot before then. Again all you need to do is: - Hook up a microphone and speakers to your PC. If you're on a laptop, you just need a mic - Then just download the Skype 2.0 free software and install it. - Create an account using the software, login and start making free calls to US or Canada within seconds!
